Starting Wage: $19.00/hour - $19.50/hour
Position Type: Part-Time
Shift Options:
- Weekdays:
- 12:00pm - 6:00pm
- 2:00pm - 6:00pm
- Weeknights:
- 6:00pm - 10:00pm
- 6:00pm - 12:00am
- 10:00pm - 2:00am
- 12:00am - 6:00am
- Weekend days:
- 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Work Schedule Requirements:
- Must be available to work at least 4 hours per shift
- Must be available to work at least 2 days per week
Typical Day in the Role:
The Production Associate is responsible for tasks that include:
- Operating equipment to prepare printed labels for shipment to customers
- Inspecting and packaging printed products based on customer specifications
- Driving production line performance to ensure efficient and safe operations
- Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
- Problem solving issues that arise
- Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree required
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
