What You’ll Do- Welcome with Heart: Greet every prospective resident with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care, ensuring they feel seen and valued from the moment they walk through the door.
- Lead Inspiring Tours: Showcase thoughtfully designed apartments, scenic lake views, and amenities that elevate everyday living such as fitness centers and community spaces built for connection.
- Stay Informed: Maintain a strong understanding of Sheboygan’s rental market, local attractions, and nearby dining, shopping, and recreation options to position Harbor Estates as the premier choice.
- Support the Team: Collaborate on marketing initiatives, assist with social media content, and help plan resident events that strengthen community bonds.
- Handle the Details: Process applications, manage leasing documentation, and maintain accurate resident records with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Champion Resident Experience: Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact by answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping residents feel proud to call Harbor Estates home.
- Modern Living: Spacious layouts with contemporary finishes and high-quality appliances
- Pet-Friendly: Cats and dogs welcome, up to two per home, with applicable fees
