IEHP Interns work closely with our assigned business unit to conduct research, capture data, and take part in strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative support duties such as conducting research, gathering data, preparing spreadsheets and other similar functions
- Assist in resolving business issues using systems and data
- Analyze, generate, and maintain records and other reference material necessary for departmental use
- Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful
Qualifications
Education & Requirements
- High school or GED required
- A junior, senior, or graduate student attending an accredited institution with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Sophomore entering junior year status may be considered
- Proficiency in computer applications, and ability to work effectively with various levels of staff
Key Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of research protocols
- Can perform intermediate level of word/excel programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Writing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work effectively with various levels of staff
- Ability to compose professional level correspondence

Work Model Location
This position is on a hybrid work schedule. (Monday & Friday: Remote, Tuesday - Thursday: Onsite in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.)
Pay Range
