Customer Service Representative – Client Specialist
Now hiring full-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Spokane WA. We empower team members to take initiative and provide service excellence for our customers and contribute to the overall success of IEDS Logistics, Inc.
Client Service Representatives work with our clientele to initiate transaction activity on their accounts within the distribution center. We utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) software to assist in serving our clients, which involves receiving, shipping, inventory control, and distribution. Essential Job Functions:
- Primary point of contact for customers
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding orders, shipping, receiving and transportation related activity
- Operating the WMS system, processing shipping documentation, processing orders and any changes as needed
- Collaborating with CSR and operations team to ensure continuous improvement of the IEDS customer service experience
- Office position including phone operation, computer systems and customer
- Detailed oriented, focusing on accuracy, timing and communication
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (Associate’s degree a plus)
- Experience in distribution, warehouse, office, banking or transportation
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience in an office environment
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and timely, both verbally and in writing
- Data input accuracy
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Outlook, Excel)
- Safety Sensitive Position
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Reliable, steady attendance, great work ethic – critical to team performance
- Basic mathematics skillsets
- Computer literate
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 4:00PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Salary: $40,000 to $50,440 per year, DOE
