Position Summary
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Community Organizer to help strengthen our base, develop grassroots leaders, and execute organizing campaigns that advance racial and economic justice.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic community organizing plans.
- Build relationships with community members, partners, and allies.
- Conduct outreach, recruitment, and leadership development.
- Facilitate meetings, events, and digital campaigns.
- Support policy advocacy and coalition partnerships.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in community or union organizing (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to racial equity and social justice.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
💰 $68,000 per year
🕒 Full-time, 40 hours/week (onsite remote)
