Qualifications * High proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are highly preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and documentation.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a call center or medical office setting is advantageous.
