We're searching for a motivated Machine Operator to join our 2nd Shift Die Cutting Department—a critical role where precision, problem-solving, and attention to detail come together.

Shift Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
(Overtime based on business needs)
Starting Wage
Starting at $18.00/hour
Additional compensation based on experience and qualifications.
What You'll Do
As a Die Cutting Machine Operator, you'll operate precision converting equipment that transforms printed material into finished labels ready for customers across North America.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Set up and operate precision die cutting equipment
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect products to ensure they meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Read and follow production work orders
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Accurately complete production paperwork
- Work safely while following GMP, quality, and safety procedures
- Help meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality
- Collaborate with teammates to keep production running efficiently
