Job Description
Direct Marketing Sales Representatives are responsible for selling and promoting services with a focus on "Video, Voice, Data, & Home Security". DSMRs will market to increase product penetration in designated territories through sales to both new, current, and former residential customers. We are looking for a self-starter go-getter mentality to target the Framingham-Natick & MetroWest territory and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify and generate leads, connect with customers at ease and develop a strong closing ratio. We also provide weekly leads and assigned territory.
You'll have the opportunity to sell bundled packages to former, new, and existing residential customers and save them hundreds of dollars per year while offering an innovative suite of communication and security services for their homes.
We have come up with an aggressive commission structure for our reps to succeed and hit the ground running. We have developed a compelling marketing strategy and are willing to develop and train the right candidate to market his/her territory effectively.
