Inkling is seeking a Digital Designer to join our creative team. This role is focused on crafting thoughtful, high-quality digital experiences across websites, interactive touchpoints, and product-adjacent creative. You’ll translate briefs into clean, intuitive, visually compelling digital work while collaborating closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, developers, and cross-functional partners.

As a Digital Designer, you’ll help shape the look, feel, and functionality of our digital work, pairing strong visual design with a clear understanding of systems, structure, and usability.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design intuitive, visually refined interfaces for websites, interactive installations, and digital products
- Develop wireframes, user flows, visual systems, and high-fidelity UI
- Translate written and verbal briefs into clear digital concepts and layouts
- Collaborate with Art Directors to refine visual direction and maintain strong design cohesion
- Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity and execution accuracy
- Build presentation decks to communicate UI/UX thinking and visual direction
- Contribute to early-phase concepting with exploratory digital directions
- Manage feedback and iterate quickly while maintaining high craft standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of professional experience designing digital experiences (agency or product)
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design, UI systems, layout, and interaction thinking
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Understanding of UX fundamentals, hierarchy, and information design
- Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate within cross-disciplinary teams
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4–6 years of digital design experience
- Experience working with developers to bring experiences to life
- Familiarity with prototyping tools
- Experience designing for interactive installations or event-based digital experiences
- Basic motion design or 3D skills a plus
