This senior leadership role oversees all phases of development, design, and construction, serving as a trusted advisor to clients while driving project success from concept through completion. Responsibilities
- Lead hospitality and resort development projects through planning, design, construction, and project closeout.
- Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and overall project performance.
- Coordinate project teams including owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants.
- Monitor project budgets, cost trends, and construction draw processes.
- Establish and maintain project schedules while proactively addressing risks and challenges.
- Oversee design development, bidding, contract negotiations, and construction execution.
- Serve as the primary client contact and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Provide project updates and strategic recommendations to leadership and clients.
- Support business development efforts and cultivate relationships with prospective clients.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in architecture, real estate development, construction, or a related field.
- Significant experience with hospitality, hotel, resort, or mixed-use development projects.
- Strong understanding of the full development lifecycle, including entitlements, planning, design, permitting, construction, and project closeout.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and consultant teams.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Willingness to travel throughout the Hawaiian Islands as needed.
Salary : $170,000 - $190,000
