Position Overview
A leading luxury hospitality organization seeks an accomplished Regional Director of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership across premier resort properties. This executive-level role will partner with hotel leadership, ownership groups, and other key stakeholders to strengthen financial performance, improve forecasting and operational efficiency, and guide budgeting, capital planning, risk management, and long-term business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance across resort properties.
- Partner with hotel General Managers, regional leadership, ownership groups, and asset managers to optimize operating performance and owner returns.
- Lead annual budgeting, capital budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
- Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends and variances, and recommend strategies to improve results.
- Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy, labor planning, cost efficiency, and financial processes.
- Oversee capital planning, cash flow, financial controls, compliance, risk management, and audit readiness.
- Ensure consistent financial practices and reporting standards across the resort portfolio.
- Lead, develop, and support finance leaders and teams across multiple locations, including succession planning.

Requirements
- 5 years of Director of Finance-level experience, ideally with progressively larger or more complex hotel or resort operations.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong hotel or resort finance experience required; luxury hospitality experience is especially relevant to the role.
- Previous responsibility for multiple hotels, properties, or business units strongly preferred.
- Broad experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis, capital planning, controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Demonstrated success leading and developing finance teams across multiple locations.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
Salary : $200,000 - $260,000
