Position Overview
A well‑established Hawaiʻi‑based specialty construction contractor supporting large‑scale, multifamily properties is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to lead communication and relationship management throughout active construction projects.
This is a non‑sales, client‑facing role created to improve the overall client and resident experience during capital improvement work. The position serves as the primary point of contact between property owners, boards, residents, and internal field teams, ensuring clear communication, aligned expectations, and smooth project delivery across Oʻahu.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating between jobsites, boardrooms, and community meetings, and brings a calm, professional presence to complex or sensitive situations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for property owners, boards, building managers, and residents
- Lead client communications during active construction projects, including timelines, updates, and impacts
- Attend and represent the company at board meetings, town halls, and community forums
- Maintain a visible presence on jobsites to stay aligned with field teams
- Translate technical construction information into clear, resident‑friendly messaging
- Anticipate issues before they escalate and help resolve concerns professionally
- Support smooth project execution by removing communication barriers between stakeholders

Compensation
Compensation starts at $100,000 and is commensurate with experience and qualifications. RME (Responsible Managing Employee) and/or C‑20 Contractor (HVAC) licenses are highly desirable and will be considered in overall compensation.
