Studio Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Studio Manager to lead the daily operations of our upscale tattoo studio. This role demands a motivated, sales-driven individual with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As the Studio Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the studio, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere for both clients and staff. You will oversee a small team of 1-5 members, maintain high standards of customer satisfaction, achieve sales goals, and effectively manage studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Champion an exceptional client experience from first contact to post-service follow-up, maintaining professionalism and excellence.
• Respond promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries and complaints, preserving the studio's elite reputation.
• Curate a polished, inclusive, and luxury-driven environment that reflects the studio’s high-end brand.
• Recruit, coach, and hold team members accountable to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.
• Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure a reliable and customer-focused team.
• Drive and exceed studio sales goals by promoting services and retail products actively.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with artists and staff to develop promotional campaigns and events.
• Manage daily store operations, including task delegation and workflow coordination.
• Train team members in cash handling procedures and ensure smooth register operations.
• Encourage a culture of accountability, creativity, and team cohesion.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years retail managerial experience, preferably in a high-end retail or service environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent administrative skills, including scheduling, reporting, email correspondence, and data entry.
• Ability to lead by example with professionalism and integrity.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure.
• Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling software, and basic inventory management.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years in retail management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with retail management, customer service, sales strategies, POS systems, and scheduling software.
• Strong team leadership, problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills.
