What You’ll Do

• Own the day-to-day management of affiliate and creator programs across brand portfolio for Ecommerce, Amazon, and TikTok Shop
• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates that align with each brand's target audience and positioning.
• Develop outreach strategies to grow the affiliate pipeline across creators, influencers, niche communities, and other relevant partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-performing affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate activity and proactively re-engage inactive or underperforming partners.
• Coordinate affiliate onboarding, product education, promotional calendars, commission structures, discount codes, and campaign opportunities.
• Manage tiered rewards, bonuses, sales incentives, exclusive perks, and other programs that encourage increased performance.
• Ensure affiliates have the assets, product information, creative direction, and promotional support needed to successfully represent each brand.
• Identify complementary brands and partnerships for lead gen giveaways, UGC content, product collaborations, cross-promotions, events, and other strategic opportunities.
• Evaluate performance and make recommendations regarding renewals, expanded partnerships, paid campaigns, or affiliate opportunities

• Growing the affiliate and partnership pipeline.
• Increasing the number of partners actively promoting Inked Brands.
• Re-engaging inactive or underutilized partners.
• Building stronger relationships with high-performing affiliates and creators.
• Generate consistent affiliate and partnership opportunities around key campaigns.
• Driving measurable sales, traffic, content, and brand awareness through partnerships.
• Managing gifting and partnership investments thoughtfully.
• Using performance data to improve future recruitment, incentives, gifting, and campaign strategies.
• Bringing proactive ideas and new partnership opportunities to the marketing team.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, business development, or related marketing role.
• Experience managing affiliate or creator relationships and campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build authentic professional relationships.
• Highly organized with strong project management and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple brands, campaigns, timelines, and partner relationships simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make strategic recommendations.
• Experience with affiliate platforms, influencer platforms, ecommerce platforms, and marketing analytics tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing, social media, creator marketing, and digital customer acquisition.
• Self-starter who is proactive in identifying opportunities and bringing new ideas to the team.

50,000 - 55,000 USD per year(On-Site)
