About the Opportunity

This is not a traditional walk-in tattoo studio role. Inked Anesthesia is seeking experienced tattoo artists interested in a premium, appointment-based partnership within a medically coordinated environment.

This opportunity is ideal for artists who want to work with serious clients pursuing large-scale work, value a polished and professional process, and are comfortable collaborating within a structured, safety-focused system. Artists in this role will work closely with clients and the Inked Anesthesia team to create custom pieces and deliver high-quality tattoo work during scheduled sessions.

Role Description

This is an on-site opportunity for a Tattoo Artist based in Atlanta, GA. The artist will be responsible for consulting with clients, designing custom tattoos, executing high-quality tattoo work, and maintaining adherence to all health and safety guidelines.

The role also involves delivering an exceptional client experience, collaborating with the Inked Anesthesia team, communicating clearly throughout the design and booking process, and helping uphold the brand’s reputation for excellence, professionalism, and care.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in tattoo artistry, including custom design and high-quality execution
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build trust with clients
• Excellent artistic ability, creativity, and attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of health and safety protocols and hygienic tattoo practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a professional tattoo studio preferred
• Appropriate licensing and certifications in compliance with local regulations
• Experience with tattoo removal techniques is a plus
• Ability to perform piercing services is a plus

Additional Requirements

• Must have a strong portfolio demonstrating consistency, technical skill, and healed work
• Must have experience with large-scale, multi-hour, or full-day tattoo sessions
• Must be comfortable tattooing in a professional clinical setting rather than a traditional tattoo studio environment
• Must be open to collaborating with medical professionals and following established safety and scheduling protocols
• Must maintain a polished, respectful, and client-centered demeanor at all times
• Must be capable of executing designs efficiently within scheduled time blocks
• Preference for artists experienced in black and grey, realism, fine line, illustrative, or other styles suited for large custom work
• Must be based in or able to reliably work in the Atlanta, Georgia area
• Must be committed to upholding the reputation of Inked Anesthesia as a premium, safety-forward experience

Work Arrangement

This is an independent contractor / artist partner opportunity. It is best suited for experienced artists who are comfortable working in a structured, appointment-based environment and collaborating with a premium brand focused on large-scale tattoo experiences.

This is not a traditional hourly studio position or walk-in shop role. Work is coordinated in advance based on client needs, artist fit, and session scope.

Compensation

Compensation is competitive and structured based on booked sessions, project scope, and client needs. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
