Role Description
INK HAS OPENED A NEW OFFICE IN TAMPA.
Previously based in Miami, we launched our Tampa office in April, relocating existing team members—but most importantly, we hired some great sales talent in Tampa. The immediate success of this launch has led to our decision to add to this team to build a new Sales operation for Business Traveler USA – this is our Flagship Global platform encompassing print, digital, and sponsorship reaching millions of affluent, traveling decision makers across the World.
You’ll initially work from our office in We Work Downtown Tampa, with plans to open a purpose-built office campus in 2026—designed to be the coolest workspace in the city.
We’re looking for driven, ambitious, confident people ready to help build this new team and grow with us. This is a fast-paced, high-energy, results-oriented sales environment that heavily rewards success and provides access to world-class training, coaching, and unforgettable experiences.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year selling (ideally advertising) - We will also train you, coach you, and support you relentlessly until you succeed.
- Drive is essential. That inner fire to grow, learn, and win matters more than anything else.
- Previous experience in luxury / business advertising is a bonus—but we’re always learning too.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring energy to the room, and confidently hold conversations up to C-suite level.
- Curiosity is critical. You’ll learn a huge amount—and you must want to learn more, apply it, and turn it into opportunity. Prospecting and lead generation are core parts of the role.
- This is not a keyboard-only job. Emails matter—but so do phone calls, meetings, events, conferences, and getting in front of the right people in the right places.
