Medical Assistant - Aesthetics (CMA not required)

We are a fast-paced, luxury aesthetic practice providing advanced non-surgical cosmetic treatments. This is a hands-on clinical role supporting busy aesthetic providers and delivering exceptional patient care.

Medical Assistant certification is not required — we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting aesthetic providers during cosmetic procedures (injectables, threads, RF treatments, etc.)
• Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment
• Supporting patient flow, rooming patients, and ensuring comfort throughout visits
• Assisting with clinical documentation and EMR charting
• Taking before-and-after photos per practice protocols
• Setting up and breaking down procedure trays and supplies
• Maintaining inventory and restocking rooms as needed
• Providing high-level customer service and patient support
• Following all safety, infection control, and compliance standards
• Supporting front office or administrative tasks as needed in a team-based environment

Qualifications:

• Prior medical assistant, clinical, or healthcare experience preferred (but not required)
• Interest in aesthetics or cosmetic medicine strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and grow within the practice

Schedule:

• Must be able to work between both Morristown and Cranford locations as scheduled

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
