We’re seeking experienced personal injury paralegals (MUST BE located in Phoenix, AZ) to support growth for a medical-legal expert reporting firm. This is a part-time role with flexible, self-managed hours and strong potential to grow into full-time.
Compensation: $28–$45/hour performance-based incentives
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with PI attorneys and law firms
- Conduct outreach and introduce expert reporting services
- Coordinate and help host lunch-and-learns and firm presentations
- Represent the company in meetings and present services to legal teams
- Support business development and market expansion
What You Bring
- 2 years as a personal injury paralegal
- Strong understanding of litigation, medical records, and case flow
- Knowledge of expert reports (FCEs, Life Care Plans, Medical Cost Projections, Vocational Evaluations)
- Confident communicator comfortable presenting to attorneys and firms
- Self-starter with strong organization and follow-through
