Key Responsibilities
Operational & Project Support
- Assist in planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives and strategic projects.
- Track key operational metrics, prepare dashboards and reports, and support executive updates.
- Identify process gaps and support implementation of solutions to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings involving leadership or cross-functional stakeholders.
- Manage logistics including agenda creation, note-taking, action tracking, and follow-up.
- Support quarterly business reviews, OKR check-ins, and team offsites (virtual or in-person).
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and partners.
- Act as a liaison between operations and other departments to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
- Support in managing vendor communications, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Prepare internal updates, summaries, and presentations to keep teams aligned and informed.
- Facilitate smooth communication across departments to minimize silos and friction.
- Maintain central documentation and resources for easy access across the organization.
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations, banking associate, consulting, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project management software
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environment
