Injectec is seeking a dedicated Order Fulfillment Specialist to grow with our team! Responsibilities include activities in customer service, estimating, administration, reporting and analysis, operations, and purchasing. Specific Job Functions:Costing & Estimating: Calculating and providing sales quotes to customers for new and existing partsProduction Control: Accurately recording, maintaining, and monitoring daily production and scrap dataReporting & Analysis: Reporting weekly and monthly manufacturing efficiency, downtime, and productivity to stakeholders; analyzing and reporting company freight-in activitiesInventory Management: Purchasing of supplies and services (excluding manufacturing raw materials) with use of ERP system and standard inventory management practicesCustomer Service: Completing sales order entry for Distribution customers and handling customer inquiries in a timely and professional mannerDistribution Inventory Management: Managing relationships and communication with suppliers outside of the US, issuing purchase orders for inventory items, and coordinating shipment and logistics of ordersDocument and maintain procedures and instructions relative to the above elementsPerform other related duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have knowledge, skills and abilities in:Business math & business English & compositionData analysis and reporting related to manufacturing operationsManufacturing and inventory management conceptsCost estimation and quotation processes for new/existing parts in a manufacturing and distribution environmentOrganizing time and dutiesProblem solvingCommunicationMultitasking Education & Experience:The ideal candidate will possess an associate level degree or higher with a major in Business Administration, supply chain management, or related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in an operations, or administrative position, or any combination of education, training, and experience, which provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Salary : $65,000 - $78,000
