Your Role :
The Junior Motion Editor will assist the Inizio Evoke Motion team in video editing and motion graphics creation. The person in this role will collaborate with senior editors and designers to produce high-quality content that meets brand standards and project objectives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing multiple projects. This is a remote role that will report to the Senior Video Editor.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in editing live action video content
- Ingest and set up footage and projects including logging / assembling raw footage
- Prepare footage for transcripts and paper cuts creation
- Create super selects, string-outs, multi-cam sequences for team reviews
- Assist in sourcing stock footage and music for video projects
- Handle lower complex projects or individual tasks within larger projects, taking on initial edits, basic animations, and revisions
- Support the creation and integration of simple motion graphics and animations under the guidance of senior team members
- Work on social media projects, including adapting and optimizing TVC work across all social platforms
- Collaborate and support the post-production team in their workflows and help meet project deadlines. Assist with revisions as needed.
- Compile and organize notes from voice-over sessions, identifying the best takes for use
- Prepare design files for animation, organizing assets to be After Effects-friendly
- Research and utilize AI tools for motion design to enhance efficiency and creativity in the production process
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for Studio support on designated set of brands

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations.
