Senior Institutional Capital Analyst
- Rating Score: 90–100
- Pay: $150–200/hour
- Typical Background: Former investment banking, institutional asset management, private equity, capital advisory, or senior consulting professionals with 5 years of experience working with institutional investors
- Rating Score: 80–89
- Pay: $100–150/hour
- Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of experience in institutional investing, fund analysis, capital markets, or advanced financial modeling
- Rating Score: 60–79
- Pay: $50–100/hour
- Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong analytical, modeling, and institutional research skills

- Sensitivity and scenario analysis
- Comparable fund and transaction analysis

Verified analysts are actively promoted to institutional investors, fund managers, and capital allocators across the Initio Sphere ecosystem.
Certification & Eligibility
To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:
- Score ≥70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
- Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
- Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
Each Institutional Capital Analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
- Visibility to institutional investors and fund managers
- Approved institutional analysis and support categories
- Recommended hourly compensation levels
- Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
- Hourly rates are determined by Rating Score and approval level
- Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
- Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
- Payments are issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
- Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality, performance, or compliance issues
Institutional Capital Analysts Do Not
- Provide investment advice
- Solicit securities
- Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or broker-dealer capacity
