Capital Strategy & Fundraising ReadinessAdvise founders on pre-seed and seed fundraising strategyReview financial models, pitch decks, and investor materialsCoach founders on investor storytelling and deal structuringHelp founders navigate non-dilutive options, lending partners, and venture pathways2. Go-to-Market & Growth AdvisoryHelp founders define ICP, positioning, offers, and outbound strategySupport early customer acquisition and traction activitiesProvide frameworks, systems, and tools for consistent GTM execution3. Product Development GuidanceAssist founders in clarifying MVP scope, roadmap planning, and development cyclesAdvise on product-market fit, user feedback loops, and prioritizationOffer technical or product leadership insights (if relevant)4.
