Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day fund accounting and financial reporting for multiple investment funds
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Ensure compliance with fund governing documents, investor agreements, and regulatory standards
- Manage capital calls, distributions, and fund cash flows
- Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors
- Maintain accurate fund records, trial balances, and reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for funds
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in fund accounting
- Prepare reports and deliverables for internal leadership, investors, and governing boards
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred
- Strong experience in fund accounting, financial reporting, and investor reporting
- Knowledge of private equity, hedge fund, or venture capital fund structures preferred
- Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., Investran, eFront, Geneva)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple funds and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with senior management and investors
