Career Launch AI helps professionals land higher-paying roles in finance, consulting, and technology through AI-powered job search systems and personalized career coaching. With rapid growth and rising demand, we are expanding our team of Career Coaches & Admissions Consultants to handle a high volume of inbound consultations.

This is a 1099 contractor role focused on running inbound admissions calls, enrolling qualified clients, and delivering paid coaching sessions. There is no cold calling and no prospecting.

What You’ll Do

This role focuses exclusively on three core activities:

• Run Inbound Consultations (Demos)
• Conduct 30–45 minute virtual consultations with prospects
• Ask strong discovery questions to understand goals, challenges, and urgency
• Assess fit for the Career Launch AI program
• Close New Enrollments
• Guide prospects through a clear, structured admissions process
• Present program value and outcomes
• Handle questions and provide clarity to aid decision-making
• Enroll clients into the program with professionalism and empathy
• Coach Clients 1:1 (Paid Sessions)
• Deliver personalized job-search, interview, and career strategy coaching
• Provide structure, accountability, and actionable guidance
• Coaching sessions are paid at $100/hour
• Topics may include resume strategy, networking, interview prep, leadership development, etc.

Who We're Looking For

Required: Background in Finance, Consulting, or Tech

Our clients pursue competitive roles. To guide them effectively, we require experience in one or more of the following:

• Investment banking, private equity, corporate finance
• Management consulting (MBB, Big 4, boutique firms)
• Product management, software engineering, data, or tech strategy
• Similar high-performance professional environments
  
  

Additionally, You Should Have

• 2 years of closing or admissions experience
• Strong emotional intelligence and communication
• Ability to lead structured, consultative conversations
• Comfort guiding prospects through decisions
• Professional presence on video
• Self-discipline and consistency

Compensation Structure

Admissions (Sales) Earnings

• 15% commission on all collected revenue
• $1,250 monthly performance bonus
• $6,000 quarterly performance bonus
• $15,000 annual performance bonus
