We're Hiring: Embroidery Production Staff
Location: Geneva, IL
Do you love working with your hands, have a sharp eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a dependable, energetic team player to join our decorated apparel company in a variety of positions including machine operator, finishing, quality control, and shipping.
What You'll Potentially Do:
- Operate commercial embroidery machines with precision and care
- Monitor runs to ensure design accuracy and quality
- Thread needles, hoop garments, and prep jobs for production
- Inspect decorated garments for accuracy, placement, and color consistency
- Trim, fold, package, and prepare orders for shipment
- Assist with shipping and fulfillment
- Catch and correct small details before products leave our facility
- Help maintain an organized and efficient workflow
- Stand for the majority of your shift and stay focused on productivity goals
- Use basic computer functions to run and manage embroidery files
- Occasionally lift boxes or materials up to 40 lbs
- Collaborate with our fun, quality-driven team
