What you'll do
- Support the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with consolidated financial statements across multiple international entities
- Apply revenue recognition principles under ASC 606 across a mixed commercial model - SaaS subscriptions, managed services, and usage-based arrangements
- Help develop and maintain internal controls in preparation for external audit
- Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting for the CFO and senior leadership
- Managing the billing cycle across multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Reconciling billed revenue against contracts and flagging discrepancies
What you'll bring
- Experience in a SaaS or AdTech business strongly preferred
- Comfortable working across international subsidiaries
- Any exposure to public company or SEC readiness is a plus
- A process-builder mentality - you improve things, you don't just run them
- NetSuite or equivalent ERP experience preferred
Ideal background: Advertising, AdTech, Marketing or MarTech
