Rental Operations Coordinator (Bilingual English/Spanish)

$60,000–$70,000 15% Quarterly Bonus Full Benefits
We’re partnering with a highly reputable construction equipment business with 7 locations across Texas, now seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Rental Operations Coordinator to support their growing team in Hutto.
What you'll be doing
- Oversee daily rental and lease operations
- Track and process customer orders
- Monitor stock levels and availability
- Work closely with engineering teams
- Manage and grow sales with existing accounts
- Generate repair quotes & submit warranty claims
- Complete quarterly inventory checks
- Maintain and oversee the company showroom
- Assign work orders to mechanics and support timely repair turnaround
- Ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
What we’re looking for
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Austin-based and able to commute to Hutto daily
- Experience in Construction, Building Materials, Contractor Services, or Tool/Plant Hire
- Strong communication, organisation, and customer-facing skills
