iniBurger is seeking a hands-on, highly capable operations leader to serve as our primary trainer, auditor, and execution partner to the CEO. This role is responsible for training teams, auditing stores, developing menu items, managing restaurant technology platforms, and ensuring consistent food quality and customer experience across corporate and franchise locations.
This is a working role—ideal for someone who is comfortable in the kitchen, confident training teams, and equally capable managing systems and tools.
- Lead training for all corporate locations and new store openings
- Conduct regular and surprise audits covering:
- Food quality, taste, and recipe adherence
- Ingredient accuracy (brines, marinades, sauces, specs)
- Kitchen execution and workflows
- Customer service standards (greeting through goodbye)
- Cleanliness, store appearance, and brand compliance
- Document findings and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Support in development of new menu items in the kitchen
- Create and maintain:
- Recipe spec sheets
- Prep guides
- Training materials
- Train stores on new menu launches, techniques, and processes
- Manage menu setup and updates across:
- POS, Online Stores, and Tech Stack
- Third-party delivery platforms (DoorDash, etc.)
- Ensure pricing, modifiers, and integrations are accurate and aligned
- Support tools related to food cost tracking, customer service stats, and vendor relationships
- Act as a business consultant and auditor to franchise locations
- Conduct on-site visits to ensure operational, food, and brand compliance
- Provide coaching and guidance to franchise partners
- Manage and respond to reviews and questions on:
- Google, Yelp, Social Sites and internal systems
- Identify customer feedback trends and drive improvements
- When not traveling, support the Pleasanton corporate location to help maintain an exceptional customer experience
- Serve as the right-hand to the CEO
- Take ownership of projects and tasks as assigned
- Role evolves as the company grows
- Restaurant operations experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
- Strong kitchen and food execution background
- Experience with training, audits, and multi-unit operations
