We are looking for an experienced Ground-Up Commercial Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for commercial projects. This role is responsible for driving daily field activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence, and coordinating closely with project teams, trade partners, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- :Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completio
- nDevelop and maintain site logistics and field operations plan
- sReview drawings, specifications, and contract documents for accuracy and constructabilit
- yCoordinate and manage subcontractors, including leading weekly meetings and safety briefing
- sAssist with project scheduling, including CPM updates and 2-week look-ahead schedule
- sTrack project progress, manage RFIs, and maintain accurate as-built drawing
- sEnforce safety standards and perform quality control inspection
- sLead punch list completion and project closeout effort

Qualification
- s:10 years of commercial construction experience (projects ranging from $4M–$40
- M)Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and project scheduli
- ngProficiency with Procore (or similar), Microsoft Word, and Exc
- elFamiliarity with P6 or MS Project preferr
- edOSHA 30 certification preferr
- edStrong communication and leadership skil
- lsAbility to travel as need
Salary : $135,000 - $190,000
