This is a full-time, on-site Service Coordinator role based in Temple, TX. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing service schedules, coordinating technician assignments, communicating with clients to address their needs, and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing service requests, resolving any issues efficiently, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

• Proficiency in Service Coordination and Operations Management to oversee scheduling, prioritization, and resource allocation effectively
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and team members
• Dedicated Customer Service skills to resolve client issues and ensure satisfaction
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using service management software and tools is a plus
• Prior experience in technology, security systems, or related industries is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Temple, TX
