Job description: Inhospital physicians Corp (IHP) is a rapidly growing Healthcare Professional management company focused on providing inpatient medical services for hospitals across the nation. We are based in Blue Bell, PA.
We are looking for a full-time facility Credentialing Manager to work in office location Ideal candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment with a positive attitude and impeccable time-management skills.
The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail orientation and Multi-tasking ability is required.Job Description:
- Obtain hospital privileges for physicians
- complete end to end process of facility credentialing/ credentialing
- Facilitate State Licensing for New Providers
- Prepare state specific collaborative/prescription authority agreements for NP/PA
- Act as a Liaison with the hospital medical staff
- Interact confidently with Providers (Doctors and Mid-level providers)
- Initiate and implement policies for Credentialing activities in office
- Additional duties as assigned
Education and Skills Required:
- Atleast Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of credentialing experience
- Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferable
- Team Player with lots of energy and motivation
- Meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft office products (excel, word, power point)
- Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in day to day activities
