Professional House Cleaner (Cleaning Companies and Teams Preferred)

We are seeking diligent, reliable, and professional house cleaners as well as established cleaning companies and teams of cleaners to partner with us as 1099 contracted employees. As part of InHome Partners, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our clients' homes. This role is ideal for individuals and teams who take pride in their work, have a keen eye for detail, and are committed to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, ensuring all rooms and surfaces are spotless and pristine.
• Complete all items on a provided checklist and complete walkthroughs with clients.
• Execute comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards of quality, providing an immaculate environment for our clients.
• Arrive punctually for scheduled cleaning appointments and manage time efficiently to complete tasks within the designated timeframe.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests, maintaining excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and professional working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in professional cleaning, especially within residential settings.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent time management skills and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various client locations in Castle Rock, Parker, Littleton, and surrounding areas.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.
• Business liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance are required for companies and teams.

Must Haves:

• A team of 2 or more cleaners
• Availability to travel to and from Castle Rock CO
• Dependable and communicative
• Ability to communicate clearly with the clients
• Available to take on 4 to 10 cleanings per week (from basic cleans to move out cleans)
• Proficient in English

Payment Information:

• Revenue from cleanings will be split between the cleaner and the company, with specific terms to be negotiated based on experience and performance.
• Payment is made weekly on Sunday mornings via Zelle.
