Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
Coverage Area: South Valley (Visalia, Tulare County & Surrounding Communities)
Are you ready to join a growing team that is passionate about making a difference in patients' lives? InHome Healthcare Services is currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least one year of experience to join our Home Health team on a Per Diem basis!
As we continue to grow throughout the South Valley — including Visalia, Tulare, Porterville, Lindsay, Kingsburg, Reedley, Selma, Fowler, and surrounding communities — we are looking for clinicians who are dedicated to delivering quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes. This role is ideal for someone who lives in or near the South Valley and wants the flexibility to build a schedule around their life — whether you're supplementing another position, balancing family commitments, or simply prefer per diem work — all while staying close to home, without a long commute.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and coordinate patient visits using WellSky/Kinnser EMR
- Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide skilled nursing care
- Educate patients and families regarding home health services, treatment plans, and disease management
- Collaborate with physicians, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete documentation timely and accurately
- Recommend tools, resources, and interventions to improve patient safety and quality of life
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds
What We're Looking For:
- Current California RN License in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Home Health or Hospice experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to independently manage a field visit schedule
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable traveling throughout the South Valley service area
