Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome individuals with professional caregiving experience in a home care agency, hospital, facility, or clinical setting.
Please note: Experience caring for a family member or exclusively performing private care (not through an agency or facility) does not qualify as professional experience for this role.
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors
- Registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry (must be active at time of hire)
- Ability to pass a Live Scan background check and TB test
- Valid California Driver’s License and Auto Insurance
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
What You’ll Do:
- Provide non-medical, in-home support to clients with a variety of care needs
- Offer emotional support and companionship
- Demonstrate reliability, empathy, and patience
- Support individuals with unique behavioral or mobility needs
- Assist with daily activities including standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and lifting (up to 25 lbs)
- Enjoy flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and split shifts
Schedule Options Include:
- 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts
- Day shift, evening shift, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability
