Job Summary
Required Work Experience:
5 years' experience with adult learning, instructional design, curriculum development, and professional development.
3 years' hands-on experience developing formalized business and software education and training through traditional and Agile development lifecycles including SAFe and/or Scrum.
3 years' experience consulting with clients or business partners to determine the best instructional solutions and/or strategies.
Exemplify digital dexterity with technology suites such as: Articulate, Vyond, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), and Camtasia Studio.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a strong attention to detail.
Delivery of training and formal business presentations.
Highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to work with a team as well as independently.
Clinical Laboratory or general Healthcare Industry experience.
Basic graphic design knowledge and image editing.
Creative, artistic, and organized.
