Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Physical or Occupational Therapist at InHER Physique. The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant will be responsible for providing patient care, assisting in program development, and supporting home care services.

- Applicable degree in Occupational/Physical Therapy
Our ideal candidate should have at least one year of clinical experience treating Women's Health and Pelvic Rehab cases and completion of Pelvic Floor Level 1 & 2 training thru the APTA Women’s Health Section, Herman & Wallace or similar. However, we are open to offering training to a highly motivated candidate with a background in outpatient (ortho etc). We will offer on the job training to each employee that will ensure comfortability in regards to treating our patient population.
We are willing to consider new grads who have completed a minimum of a Level 1 Pelvic Rehab course and clinical internship with experience in providing direct internal assessment and treatment in Pelvic Rehab/Women's and Men's Health (or those who have scheduled their level 1 course). Prior orthopedic and sports medicine experience and proficiency in manual therapy interventions to the spine, hip and pelvic girdle a plus. Experience and prior coursework in treating pregnancy-related MSK dysfunction also required.
Our clinic is a boutique-style clinic where we deliver individualized care plans. We are able to offer this due to our primarily hybrid based model. We are a physical therapist owned and managed clinic, with experienced PTs with varied specialties and a strong focus on manual therapy. Caseload consists of but is not limited to pre and postpartum diagnoses, pelvic pain, painful bladder syndrome/IC, urinary incontinence, hip labrum pathology, SIJ dysfunction, colorectal conditions/chronic constipation, pain after hernia repair, pelvic organ prolapse, and diastasis recti management. We treat a large patient caseload of male and female active duty military personnel with pelvic floor and abdominal diagnoses.
Hours/Scheduling is flexible; caseload is progressive in nature. PT/OT will begin with a mild caseload progressing to a larger caseload once comfortable with complex cases.
