Job Description Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst to join our team. This role is designed for an early- to mid-career professional who demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, sound business acumen, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, data-driven outcomes that support organizational objectives.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

• Elicit, document, and translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data used for business reporting and analytics.
• Support the design, development, and deployment of business intelligence solutions and actionable reporting.
• Identify risks, issues, and blockers, and communicate them effectively to enable mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain frameworks and standard practices for requirements gathering, quality assurance, and validation processes.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical deliverables with business objectives.
  
  
  

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

• Strong business acumen and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Demonstrated experience defining and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and Sigma.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
