When joining our team, you will play an important role by owning the following tasks:
- Miscellaneous Maintenance
- Grounds upkeep and snow removal
- Interior painting
- Plumbing
- Janitorial to keep our community looking impeccable
- Maintaining common areas
- Responding to work orders in a timely manner
- Communicating professionally with residents when fulfilling maintenance requests
- Working as a team to maintain our communities to the highest standard
- All other duties required to create a great living environment for our residents.
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate)
- Experience in multi-family housing preferred
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Working knowledge of plumbing
- Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Boilers knowledge is strongly preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid Driver's License
- Time Management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
