What We’re Looking For:
INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Cleaner for a property located in Staples, MN & New York Mills, MN. If you are a proactive and organized individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, we encourage you to apply for the cleaner position at INH Properties.
Job Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)
- Cleaning the common areas including but not limited to: Hallways, Entry Doors and Windows, Recreation/Community Room, Fitness Center, and Elevator.
- Assisting with the turnover of vacant units, including cleaning and preparing them for new residents (end of month/beginning of month).
- Clean and touch-up paint units upon turnovers.
- Monitoring and maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Promptly notify the community manager of any maintenance items that require their attention
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Time Management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions:
- This position will cover our properties in Staples, MN & New York Mills, MN.
- Hourly

- On-Call
