INH Properties is a rapidly growing full-service real estate company that excels in property management and real estate development for multifamily apartment communities. INH Properties has been in business for over 40 years and currently manages 8,000 units across Minnesota and Iowa.
What We’re Looking For:
INH Properties is seeking a part-time responsible Caretaker for a few apartment buildings located in Morris, MN. The ideal candidate will have light building maintenance experience and a strong desire to keep the grounds and buildings in good repair.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle minor maintenance items throughout complex.
- Light maintenance repairs, plumbing and carpenter background helpful.
- Be available when on call for after-hour emergencies.
- Clean and maintain the common areas of the building.
- Pick up paper, garbage, and debris from grounds and parking lots.
- Enforce the rules and regulations of the complex.
- Clean and touch-up paint for unit turnovers.
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For (Ideal Candidate):
- Minimum of high school diploma or relevant experience.
- Ability to take initiative and to problem solve.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to use common sense judgment in day-to-day matters.
