Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative, organized, and hands-on Social Media Coordinator to capture and share the progress of our large pool projects. This role involves traveling to job sites to document construction, installation, and finished projects, creating engaging content for our social media platforms, and helping tell the story of our work to current and future clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit project sites regularly to capture high-quality photos and videos of job progress, from start to completion.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop creative ideas for showcasing our projects, team, and company culture.
- Work closely with the project managers and office staff to understand timelines, milestones, and key details for content creation.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement on social channels.
- Track performance of posts and campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
- Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the construction and home improvement industries.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing or creating content for business social media accounts.
- Strong photography and videography skills (drone experience a plus).
- Knowledge of editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable traveling to job sites in the Nashville–Huntsville area.
- Interest or experience in construction, design, or related industries is a plus.
