As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the safety, quality, and efficiency of maintenance work performed aimed at optimizing the plant’s production, cost effectiveness, and budget adherence. This role reports to the Maintenance & Reliability Manager and will supervise a team of 10 direct reports.

$98,800.00-$131,733.33 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.

What You Will Do:
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe work environment and meet environmental standards.
- Maintenance Planning: Oversee short- and long-term maintenance schedules and improvements.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze Key Performance Indicators and implement corrective actions, using SAP, Prometheus, and other maintenance systems.
- Asset & Risk Management: Collaborate with reliability teams for proactive monitoring.
- Budget & Cost Control: Manage unit maintenance budgets and drive cost awareness.
- Vendor & Procurement Management: Select contractors, manage bids, and oversee spare parts inventory.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Inspire high performance, foster collaboration, and support professional growth.
- Leadership & Management: Experience overseeing a maintenance department in a manufacturing setting
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Ability to develop creative solutions and challenge traditional methods
- Budget management and financial planning skills
- Certification & Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (strongly desired); CMRP certification (preferred)
- Technical expertise in maintenance reliability, preventative maintenance, condition-based monitoring, and root cause problem elimination
- Knowledge of SAP for maintenance and accounting functions
- Experience using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for decision-making
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with food, pharmaceutical, or refinery industries.
