The Role
We are seeking a high-performing National Sales Representative to spearhead our expansion across the United States. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing high-value partnerships with mechanical contractors. Your "secret weapon" will be our private label offering, allowing you to provide a unique value proposition that traditional manufacturers cannot match.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Hunt and close new business opportunities
Strategic Consulting: Position our private label option as a strategic tool for partners to increase their margins and customer loyalty.
Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to contract negotiation and post-launch support.
Market Analysis: Stay ahead of HVAC industry trends, refrigerant transitions (like R-454B), and competitor movements.
Travel: Attend industry trade shows (AHR Expo, etc.) and conduct on-site presentations with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Experience: 3 years of B2B sales experience, specifically within the HVAC/R industry (Required).
Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of the HVAC distribution model and contractor pain points.
Communication: Elite negotiation and presentation skills; ability to speak the language of both a technician and a CEO.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Preferred).
