Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Logistics Systems Analyst to support our Operations team in La Vergne, TN. The Logistics Systems Analyst supports the warehouse management system (WMS) and/or transportation management system (TMS) application for all Ingram distribution centers including issue resolution, on-call support, and testing software changes.

Required Qualifications:
- HS diploma or equivalent
- 3 or more years of distribution systems experience.
- 3 or more years of personal computing skills including PC based applications (Office, Excel, Word and Outlook programs)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to pivot quickly as priorities shift
- Strong collaborator with a track record of building cross-functional relationships across departments
- Prior experience with systems such as Oracle, or other WMS or ERP platforms
- Supports the distribution centers with resolving warehouse/transportation management system issues, including on-call support as necessary.
- Tests code deliveries for software fixes or enhancements.
- Accountable for programs promoted to or configurations changes made in production
- Participates in design of system enhancements, and proactively suggests system improvements.
- Supports 3PL system enhancements or changes and researches, corrects and documents production issues.
- Maintains accurate system documentation.
- Contributes to projects that analyze the costs & benefits of proposed system enhancements or new equipment expenditures.
- Provides analytical support as needed.
- Completes special projects as assigned.
