Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic Spa Coorinator! The Spa Coordinator manages front desk operations while supporting daily studio flow. You’ll handle client check-ins, scheduling, light retail, communication, and operational support while maintaining a polished, calm, and welcoming environment.
This position starts part-time (~26 hours per week) with additional shifts available to cover other front desk associates as needed.
Compensation & Growth
- Starting pay range: $14- $18 per hour, based on experience
- Pay increase opportunity after 90 days based on performance
- Commission eligibility begins after 90 days

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk
- Greet every client warmly upon arrival and departure
- Create a welcoming, professional atmosphere at all times
- Answer phones with a positive tone and respond promptly to texts
- Assist clients with booking, rebooking, memberships, and retail purchases
- Identify first-time guests and help guide them through their visit
- Educate clients on services, promotions, and skincare products
- Maintain discretion and professionalism in all client interactions
Daily Operations & Studio Support
- Prepare the front desk and client areas at opening (devices charged, surfaces wiped, products stocked)
- Maintain cleanliness in lobby, hallways, bathroom, and back areas throughout the shift
- Check restrooms regularly and restock supplies as needed
- Fold and organize laundry, assist with light room maintenance, and support providers when necessary
- Empty trash, sweep/vacuum/mop as needed, and keep all shared spaces tidy
- Support end-of-day closing procedures to ensure the studio is ready for the next business day
Treatment Room & Back Stock Support
- Help monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies run low
- Ensure service rooms are organized, disinfected, and properly stocked
- Support general back-of-house flow to keep providers focused on clients
Communication & Team Culture
- Handle client concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating to management when appropriate
- Maintain a positive, drama-free work environment
- Communicate clearly with estheticians and leadership
- Uphold Ingo’s brand values through professionalism, kindness, and teamwork
What We’re Looking For
- Trustworthy, friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with technology and booking systems (Vagaro experience a plus)
- Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, or hospitality preferred
- Previous front desk, spa, or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Flexibility to cover shifts for other front desk associates when needed
