Key Responsibilites
- Manage and supervise all pharmacy operations in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
- Ensure accurate dispensing of prescriptions and provide patient counseling
- Lead, train, and schedule pharmacy staff (pharmacists and technicians)
- Maintain inventory levels, ordering, and control of medications and supplies
- Monitor pharmacy performance, productivity, and quality metrics
- Foster strong relationships with patients, healthcare providers, and store leadership
- Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation
- Administer immunizations and vaccinations in compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing (state-specific)
- Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution
- Previous pharmacy management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Certified Immunizer
- Current CPR certification
