Now Hiring for Our New Store: Full-Time & Part-Time Beer & Wine Stewards

As a Beer & Wine Steward, you’ll provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting tavern environment. This role blends customer interaction, product knowledge, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing knowledgeable beer and wine recommendations
• Pouring and serving beer and wine in accordance with company standards and legal guidelines
• Verifying customer age using valid identification and ensuring responsible alcohol service
• Educating guests on featured beverages, tasting notes, pairings, and promotions
• Maintaining a clean and organized tavern area, including bar tops, seating, glassware, and equipment
• Setting up and breaking down bar areas, taps, and beverage stations
• Monitoring inventory levels, restocking products, and communicating supply needs
• Ensuring proper operation and cleanliness of draft beer systems and wine dispensers
• Processing transactions using the point‑of‑sale system and following cash‑handling procedures
• Adhering to all food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and health regulations
• Supporting store‑wide guest service standards and working collaboratively with other departments
• Performing additional duties as assigned

We provide on‑the‑job training, and our team will support you every step of the way as you grow from beginner to expert.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Previous experience in bartending, serving, or retail beverage sales is preferred
• Knowledge of beer styles, wine varieties, and beverage service techniques is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Responsible, dependable, and committed to safe alcohol service
• Ability to obtain and maintain required alcohol service certifications (such as TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol)

Scheduling Options:

• Full‑Time or Part‑Time positions available
• Weekend availability required
• Daytime and Evening shifts offered
• Training will happen at store locations close by.
