Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing daily activity programs for short-term and long-term residents
- Lead small and large group activities including music, exercise, games, arts & crafts, discussion groups, and special events
- Provide one-to-one engagement for residents who are unable to attend group programming
- Support memory care programming with dementia-sensitive approaches
- Document participation and resident responses according to regulatory standards
- Assist with holiday celebrations, themed events, and community outings
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications:
- Experience in long-term care, senior living, or recreation preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
