Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, providing guidance on project management, process improvement, and change management initiatives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination among departments such as sales, kitchen employees, logistics, customer service, and business development.
- Implement robust budgeting and forecasting processes to optimize resource allocation and financial performance.
- Drive continuous process improvements by analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and deploying innovative solutions.
- Lead large-scale programs and projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Foster a culture of leadership development by mentoring employees and supervising team members to reach their full potential.
- Overall daily responsibility of running a large event catering and hospitality business.
Skills
- Proven experience in operations management with a strong background in strategic planning and program management.
- Background in foodservice, management and catering
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of supervising diverse teams and managing change effectively.
- Expertise in business development strategies that support organizational growth initiatives.
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is highly desirable.
- Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
